18%

Of billable work never becomes cash

Firms invoice 88% of the work they capture, then collect 93% of that. Of 3.0 billable hours a day, only 2.4 are ever paid.

Clio Legal Trends, 2025

As your firm grows

Clio is the platform. XTND makes it pay.

Clio runs matters and time. As firms grow, revenue slips in the back office: pre-bill, invoicing, trust and reconciliation. XTND is the software built for that gap, and buying Clio alongside it means the whole stack is set up to fit.

One quote

Three systems, one purchase

Clio, QuickBooks Online and XTND priced and rolled out together, instead of three vendors on three timelines.

Billing first

Set up for how you bill

Rates, billing rules, pre-bill review and invoice delivery match your firm from the start, not left at defaults.

Trust

Trust that ties out

Trust balances in Clio, QuickBooks Online and XTND reconcile to each other, every month.

Onboarding

Included with the stack

We configure and tune Clio, QuickBooks Online and XTND to run as one system. It’s part of buying the stack.

Where XTND comes from

Ten years inside complex firms

Our team spent a decade getting law firms with demanding billing, collections and integrations running on Clio. XTND is built from what those firms kept needing, and the same experience goes into setting up your stack.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I have to buy XTND to buy Clio through you?

No. Many solo and small firms buy Clio on its own or with QuickBooks Online. We recommend XTND when billing, trust or collections volume calls for it.

Should we use Clio Accounting or QuickBooks Online?

Clio Accounting suits solo and small firms that want everything in one product. Firms with a bookkeeper, payroll or more complex reporting usually do better on QuickBooks Online. We’ll recommend one on the call.

Can I keep my existing Clio account?

Yes. If you’re already on Clio, you can move your licenses to XTND and add XTND without starting over.

What if we need a large migration or a firm-wide rollout?

We scope it with you up front. For larger migrations we bring in implementation specialists we’ve worked with for years, and we stay responsible for how Clio, QuickBooks Online and XTND fit together.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on your data and billing rules. We agree a data review first and set the go-live date from what it finds.

What if we already use QuickBooks Online?

We’re a QuickBooks Online partner too. We connect it to Clio so billing, trust and the books stay in step. If you don’t use it yet, we can include it on your quote.
