XTND Technologies, Inc. has been selected as a semi-finalist in NC IDEA’s Fall 2026 SEED grant cycle, one of 19 companies advancing from 195 applications across North Carolina.
NC IDEA SEED awards $50,000 grants to early-stage North Carolina companies that have proven their concept and are positioned to grow. Five to seven companies receive a grant each cycle, with funds released against milestones over six to twelve months, along with mentorship and introductions to partners and investors.
XTND is modernizing the revenue cycle for law firms by automating the complex, manual processes that happen between time entry and payment. Through AI-optimized workflows and oversight, the platform helps firms identify issues earlier, reduce administrative work, and make smarter decisions throughout the billing and collections process. The result is greater operational capacity, a faster revenue cycle, and the ability to scale without adding back-office resources at the same pace.
The selection follows XTND’s recognition as a finalist for the 2026 NC TECH Awards in the FinTech/InsurTech Innovation category and its selection as a Venture Atlanta 2026 Showcase Company.
